I’m experiencing issues with the Ubi connect challenges. For the last two weeks the challenges aren’t registering although I am carrying out the tasks.
I’ve lost out on Opal for these.
For example over the past week I’ve recruited 10 or so Jomsviking and nothing is registering. Ive completed all the challenges for the last two weeks and only one or two challanges has registered, and nothing this week.
This is very frustrating as I’m trying to save Opal to obviously buy items from Reda.
If you could check this out please it would be much appreciated.

I apologise for the delayed response. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your challenges being tracked in Ubisoft Connect. Thank you for taking the time to share your reports with us.
If you haven't already, would you be able to try these connectivity troubleshooting steps (XB1 / PS5)? This will ensure that your connection to the Ubisoft servers is in optimal condition.
If you're still having trouble with your challenges being tracked after trying these steps, would you be able to provide us with the following information:
- Are both timed challenges and core challenges affected, or are only timed challenges affected by this issue?
- Can you send us a video which shows you fulfilling the requirements of a challenge, but the tracker not updating as expected. You can check the tracker in-game at any time by accessing the Ubisoft Connect overlay via the main menu.
We can then forward this to the development team for a closer look.
