    Every time I try and Complete the Trade with Azar, my screen freezes and I can’t proceed. Any fixes for this please? I’m on Xbox Series X.

    @riosred I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, it's not a known issue.

    Can you please try the Xbox Series X|S troubleshooting and connectivity troubleshooting and try again. If the issue persists please let us know and if possible also provide a video to show what happens.

    @ubi-keo thank you for your reply. It is still an issue - how do I submit a video for you? I tried a screen shot and it said it was in the wrong format, are there instructions to follow please?

    @ubi-keo okay, thanks - here it is. Please note that this happens every time I try and complete this quest. It just circles in this dialogue and I can’t get out no matter what I press. The only way out is to turn off my Xbox as I can’t get to home screen either. I have to then reload a previous save. It also doesn’t matter if I loot the box before or after talking to Azan.

    @riosred So looking at the video I can see that you do not move the cursor on the screen. You must move the circled cursor with the analogue stick so it highlights the fabric and then press the X button to make the trade as shown in the image below. Pressing the X button will trade all the required supplies if you have enough or you can press the A button to deliver one item at a time. If you are unable to move the cursor with the analogue stick please let us know.

    @ubi-keo oh wow, I really am as dumb as that - I am so sorry, yet so happy it’s not a bug!

    it’s not like it’s my first rodeo....sheesh, thank you so much for getting back to me - very happy I can continue!

    i am unqualified to trade overseas clearly...
