    Hello,

    today I bought the season pass for The Division from the Online-Ubisoft-Store. In Ubisoft Connect it says that I own all the DLC but ingame when I go to the DLC zones they are offline and I cant do anything there. If I press the F-button to "Buy the DLC" nothing happens. My english isn't very good but hope you understand my problem.

    I have same problem. Ubisoft connect show DLC Owned, but in game is offline.

    Same problem here... with Steam. Game owned on Steam, all 3 DLC-s too (not season pass) but in game all DLC access is Offline.
    I have max lvl and all missions done, finished Secure Quarantine Center mission and the next mission was to go Underground.
    It says Offline, went down.. the elevator door opens and that's it... need to buy DLC when I hit F 😞
    Pls Help!

    Hey all! I'm sorry to hear about your missing content in-game. Could you all please verify your game files, through Epic, Steam, or Ubisoft Connect, depending on where you purchased The Division from to see if that helps?

    @ubi-mercury I bought a physical copy of the game last year and the Season Pass/DLC yesterday from the Xbox Microsoft store.

    Mission requirements: complete
    DLC content installed: complete
    DLC removed/re-installed: complete
    DLC: Offline

    @ubi-mercury Update to my previous comment. Survival was available last night and was able to play one round. Other two are still showing "Offline"

    A non-answer. The forums in this link are archived and the support website is what I already used in the first place. I just want to play what I payed for. Or at least get a solid answer as to when I can.

    I can't use my season pass content either. I'm on Xbox One and every DLC area is shown as "offline".

    The team have been made aware that there are issues with the delivery of Season Pass content. They're investigating the matter at the moment, but we do not currently have any further information to share at this time.
