I found a save file before the challenge started ... and the key appeared, but if I stole the key and immediately reset the challenge, the key will not appear again.
But if I stole the key and used it and then reset the challenge, the key will appears again.

in 1:40 the guard does not hold the key.

i did a few things like fast-travel and come back restart the game restart ps5 but nothing fix it.
Unfortunately, I did not save the game before the challenge.

@ubi-theberry Same thing happened to me ,I can't find the key yet, I hope to solve this problem.

my problem with this challenge is i die fast or the enemies die fast without achieving the goal ...

i'm having the same problem i did complete "A Wise Friend." quest without any problem ... but the next quest "in dream" never appear.
i play on PlayStation 4.

i have same problem ... I suggest to putt asgard and jotunheim on the travel list menu with Norway and England .in the future update
