I have ~130 hr on my save using a PS4 pro. I had the quiver and rations maxed out. Now, my quiver lost a level (the one that needs 12 fabric). I tested an old save from 2 days ago and the quiver capacity is maxed out, but of course I'm not throwing away my progress since then. I do have the 3 new skills activated somehow (powerlevel 403). The Vinland fix does nothing for this issue.
