Okay here is what we know:
1) Three locations with Odin's Illusionary Rune have been shared.
2) "Odin's Illusionary Rune was used to make the bearer invisible or shape shift, such as the Viking berzerkers who took on the form, strength, and courage of bears in battle" according to a google search.
3) "Originally berserkers developed their own brotherhood of professional l warriors who travelled round and took service with different chiefs. What distinguished them was that they had bears and wolves as totem animals, and clad themselves in their skins. Irrespective of whether it was a bear or a wolf, the warriors believed they were endowed with the spirit of the animal." according from another internet search.
4) " Odin is particularly associated with wolves, ravens, and horses." according to another google search.
5) Thus far, all the runes have been on rock structures.
With all that being said, I tried a few things. I chose to experiment with the symbol located in the southern coastline. I have switched gear attire and weapons: Berserker Gear and Raven Clan Gear. Tried to going berserk (wailing my weapon incessantly) while in having max adrenaline. Used Excalibur and other mythical weapons. Mediation right afterwards, then tried mediating incessantly. I later switched to Noden's Arc and used Incendiary Powder Trap skill and it blacked out the symbol. Long ago I used the explosive arrow with a different bow, there was no explosion and the arrow was just stuck there. Now I did not the chance to try it again with a different bow to see if the result was still the same. I plan on playing again later tonight to search for more Odin's Illusionary Runes.
I worked diligently yesterday. Cooked, smoked meats, and baked my [censored] off for Saint Paddy's Day. Literally from sunrise to the late hours of the evening. I was hoping to take the day easy by playing some AC & munching. This game is giving me such a headache that I want to drink myself
Thank you for your time to put your findings in this thread. I found that the Incendiary Powder Trap with Noden's Arc does not have to be trigged by killing an animal. I found that it only works in close range.
I had previously already killed the bird in the picture, perhaps I killed another bird without knowing and that's how the fire was trigged, I didn't look for a corpse though.
Thanks. I will most definitely will drive into this later tonight/tomorrow and attempt to translate.
I also think it is worth mentioning we might want to take a look at the creation of the runes themselves. Has anyone to a look for a clue in a sacred spring in Asgard or
Jotunheim? In one of the most famous poems of the Poetic Edda, Loddfafnismal, Odin drank from the waters of inspiration at Mimir's Well. I will take a picture of the "Runatal" (Song of the Runes) from the poem. Hopefully this thought leads to a discovery, or at least a clue. I won't be partaking in game play for a couple of days.
Please feel free to post your findings.
Even with a 1045 target score, I only acquired 25 tokens. But it's better than 10 tokens at a time for the Braun Folly Quest.
Viking Brawl is still bugged. Cannot pass the 1st round without crashing.
Drinking game is still bugged. Braun appears in the background, but back facing protagonist. Sometimes he is invisible; sometimes I get the HUGE face of a civilian.
I'm still having difficulty translating the younger futhark found on a rock, located outside the animus (present day). I have translated a few letters, but it's challenging considering they are not designed symmetrical & some seem incomplete.
My questions are:
1) Will the translation be English or Old Norse?
2) Will the translation be based off the sound of the word or sight? My theory is sight & hopefully in English
I am just going to mention it again, visit Dr. Jackson Crawford's YouTube channel, about translating younger futhark.
Especially considering he helped Ubisoft with the rune authentication.
Hope this helps us all being one step closer to finding the secret of Odin's Illusionary Rune.

@Ubi-Borealis & @Ubi-Mark
Hit a brick wall figuratively.
While participating in the Viking Brawl, I finished the fight, but was stuck in the arena with my opponent. NPC wasn't responsive to my attacks and I couldn't leave the event. I had to restart my console & haven't played since. Will attach pictures to thread.
And can someone please answer this question for me (& whomever else is concerned) What happens to leftover tokens? Are we going to be able to use saved Yule Tokens for the next Yuletide? Same with Ostara and etc. I noticed that in the beginning of Ostara release, my Yule Tokens were renamed Festival Tokens, and then my leftover Yule Tokens disappeared from my inventory when I started the Ostara Festival.
@jcar4327 I have a monogamous relation with my game
I just can't handle that many objectives/storylines at once. I would become mad and my house would become utter chaos. It is the same way with a TV series or a book. I prefer not to jump around and over entertain myself. With the demands of my reality, I like to put my leisure time and resources into one game /series/book at a time.
I dislike that I prefer it that way, because when boredom strikes, instead of enduring the pain for the sake of it; I could switch my entertainment choice & be content once more. I am probably the worst person to watch a dreadful movie with, no matter how terrible, I must see it through. I envy the ability to quickly move on or to multitask.
@jcar4327 I did.
Kind of nervous about its release.
I already pre-order it when I pre-order this game, or else I would be pretty hesitant to buy the seasonal pass at this point. When I purchased Odyssey through a resale shop, I had minimal issues and had no question to whether I wanted the discounted season pass.
I see on other forums of being people being confused what happened to the ability to change settlement cosmetics. Lol. My question is, does the schemes still show up in your inventory?
I much rather have a bare village than an incessant crashing game.
Thanks Ubisoft for the hot fix.
Haven't tested it myself, but will momentarily.
