@ubi-borealis I have tried the mobile app previously and there's been still no success. When I tried to first redeem it, it was my first time on the connect app for about a year if that helps with identifying the problem. Would it not be possible to just add the item in-game while the problem is being worked on as it's free? If not that's fine.
@ubi-borealis I also had a case with the Ubisoft Connect team however that came to an end when they said to wait for a fix to be posted on the forums. None of the suggestions they gave helped at all and there are no error messages what so ever when I try to redeem it however that is close to a month ago now when I first had the issue. I was just hoping there had been a fix by now.
