

@thesaint1965 Oh that's rough dude!! I haven't gotten my dispatch email yet so I emailed Ubisoft support because I'm fed up.
It's launch day today and I haven't heard a single thing about dispatch, while people in my city have confirmed they're receiving their game today. Anyone else dealing with this?

@imagine_brata I would say I am, but seeing as everyone I know has gotten the shipping email and I haven't, I'm starting to lose hope about ever getting the game
I tried to get to my order to change the delivery details and I've realised that it's no longer in my order history. It's the collectors edition so no way in hell would I have cancelled or asked for a refund. Kind of worrying tbh
@ubi-spud so it's release day in Australia tomorrow and the link still doesn't work? I'm starting to worry now, is there anyone I can call to find out what's going on? Thanks
@tasha-soriah honestly I wasnt gonna stress much because they dont usually ask for ID here (Australia) and I used my preferred name instead of my legal name, but i just don't trust whoever is at my old address to not claim it as theirs. maybe when the tracking comes up I'll have a way of contacting the courier

I received an email stating that my collector's edition has been sent, I got the email about 4 days ago. I was wondering if it would be sent via Auspost, as I know the couriers around me don't check ID and I've moved house - thought I changed my address on the order, y'all still sent it to my old address. I was also wondering if the tracking link is going to work soon.
