Possibly an unpopular opinion - but players who are utilizing the tombs to manipulate the expertise and XP system should be rolled back or banned. Tons of players just set up a cronus to autogrind XP for the for hours on end and then have these absurd SHD levels.

Conflict Notes

Bugs/Glitches

• Grenade Glitch – When players swap to a build with a different specialization it refreshes all of their grenades, up to the PVE amount of 7 instead of the standard 2 for PVP. This allows for constant or “infinite” refreshing of grenades such as fire or blind all over the map.
• Incorrect Victory – Sometimes when the match ends in a tie, via lives, the game will incorrectly award the victory to the wrong team rather than the team with the points lead for the tiebreaker. Every time this happens, the players will show a score of zero during the victory screen.

• Slow Run – Often when a player dies to a bleed effect, they have a permanent slow run effect upon respawn. This can sometimes be fixed by climbing on an object and rolling off.
• Flamethrower Noise Bug – When a player dies with the flamethrower specialization weapon in hand and in use, they will often respawn with a permanent flamethrower noise. This can be fixed by lowering the in-game volume all the way down and then back up.
• Seeker Mine Noise Bug – Often players will respawn with a permanent seeker mine noise as if it one is still following them. No fix is known for this bug. It even continues in the White House. Players have to go to main menu to get rid of it.
• Specialization Ammo Drop – Unlike the other specializations, the flamethrower ammo does not drop upon death, even when none of it was used.
• Spawn Flip Bug – Typically a player cannot use skills or grenades in an opponent's spawn. However, if the spawn was the original spawn for the player, such as after a spawn flip, then they can now throw skills and grenades into the debuff.
• Spawn Debuff Bug – Often when a player enters and exits an opponent’s spawn debuff, when they leave, they have the debuff permanently on them and are unable to use skills. This can sometimes be fixed by re-entering the debuff and exiting, causing unnecessary risk of death for the player.
• No HUD Bug – Sometimes when a player spawns into a match, their HUD is completely absent. They cannot see name tags or the score. This can sometimes be fixed by entering your social menu and inspecting another player.
• Premature Match Ending – Often near the end of a match, such as when a team is on their final respawn, the match will immediately end before they spawn in. This often happens when the entire team is respawning at the same time. The causes incorrect victories and losses much of the time or does not allow a team to utilize their final lives.
• Inconsistent Specialization Weapon Interactions in Spawn – Some specialization weapons are useable in the opponent’s spawn, while others are not. Players cannot use the Grenade Launcher or Crossbow in the opponent’s spawn, but all of the others are useable.
• Skill Cooldowns – After a match is complete any skill with charges, such as the hive or chem launcher. will remain on cooldown moving into the next match. This causes much frustration because a player then cannot appropriately switch their builds.
• Greyed Out Skills – Often when entering a new match or respawning a player’s skills will sometimes be permanently greyed out or on permanent cooldown. Sometimes switching loadouts or the specific skill can fix this, but often it is unfixable without leaving the mode.
• Inconsistent Skill Interactions in Spawn – Such as listed above with specialization weapons, there are inconsistent interactions with various skills in the spawn debuff. Mortars can be shot directly into spawn without issue. Sticky bombs cannot enter independently but can hit a player directly.

Map Issues – Georgetown

• Port-a-Potty Glitch – In the spawn area with the port-a-potties, if a player leans into cover on the far-right port-a-potty they will immediately appear on top of it. While on top, they are immune except for shooting their feet. This can cause major frustration if a player is exploiting this, and you do not know their weak spot.
• Invisibility Glitch - In the spawn with the car, players are able to enter a spot outside of the map via the gap between the blue trash cans and the wall. This causes them to become invisible while still being able to kill other players with skills. Guns are ineffective. This could be fixed by adding an object in the space. • Clipping and Invisible Walls – The stairs headed to the roof of the crab shack have major clipping and invisible wall issues. Players often get stuck on them when going up or down. Both spawn areas also have invisible wall issues when exiting the spawn zone. • Ladder Glitch – Sometimes players will get glitched out with their interactions with ladders. The opponent sees them as if they are still climbing at the bottom, yet they are actually elsewhere as if invisible. This can be done unintentionally.

Wish List/Suggestions

• Aim Assist – Aim assist in PVP on consoles is currently overpowered or imbalanced. Players are able to utilize this mechanic in game-breaking ways. One of the most common ways is to put White Death or Virginian on a glass cannon or all red build and “Pop Shot” out of cover, instantly killing an opponent with one shot to the body. This is only made viable via the very strong aim assist mechanic. Players also use this to great effect with the shotgun as well as the sticky bombs. I believe for a more balanced experience in console PVP, aim assist should either be reduced or completely removed while in a PVP zone such as the DZ or Conflict. This allows for the experience to be more rewarding for players who put the effort in to improve their aim and removes the exploit of an imbalanced mechanic.
• Artillery Turret – The artillery turret is completely out of balance for competitive Conflict. It has only a minor cooldown, ability to be picked up and moved, huge amounts of health, powerful stagger, bleed slow, and very small minimum range. Players have the ability to drop it at their feet, shoot it a few meters away, and then pick it back up in quick succession. Many other skills in Conflict, such as the scanner pulse, have an increased cooldown. I believe the same should be done for the artillery turret. If a player jams it, the turret will be back before the jammer pulse is off cooldown. Additionally, something like a cannon should not be able to fire right beside itself. The minimum range could bed increase to 20-30 meters. Additionally, the turret does not seem to take the same increased damage that other skills take in PVP. It is also able to be tagged with True Patriot, which leads me to believe that it was looked over when those changes were made. Any of these balance changes would go a long way for a healthier experience – increase cooldown, increase damage taken, not allow pick up in PVP, increase minimum range
• Spawn Debuff/Immunity - The spawn debuff causes much frustration and many issues as can be seen in the bugs/glitches section. With this debuff being permanent, it allows players to “camp” in spawn with all of the advantages. This is especially when the team gains a lead and then runs back to the spawn, never coming back out. I believe any of the following balances or changes would go a long way in remedying this issue: Remove increased damage taken from spawn debuff but maintain that skills are unable to be used and players remain invincible for a limited time upon respawn; Remove debuff altogether while maintaining limited invincibility and the option to choose respawn zone; Have buff only applied to person spawning for a limited time – this could even include increased damage to replicate the debuff. All-in-all the major issue is that the spawn debuff is permanent. Allowing for players to leave and come back to safety, giving them an unfair advantage
• Creeping Death – While skills in general are very powerful in the current meta of PVP, the backpack talent Creeping Death is specifically out of touch with PVP. A player should not be able to kill a whole team with one click of a button, especially with the format of 4v4 Conflict modes like Team Elimination and Skirmish. At minimum, this talent should have a reduced range, increased internal cooldown, or both while in PVP.
• Stagger – Stagger in this game is particularly powerful, but also feels a bit imbalanced on skill tier zero skills such as the artillery turret and the sticky bomb variants. The stagger effect should only be made available on skills skill tier 2 or higher.
• One Shot Mechanics – Both the Nemesis and the M870 shotgun are very imbalanced in the current meta of PVP, especially on console. For the M870 this may be due to the fact that you can add both multiplicative damage sources (Damage to Armor and Damage to Target Out of Cover) to the gun. The base damage value may need to be reduced. The Nemesis has the ability to one shot a 6 blue player to the body while also wearing 6 blues. This could be remedied if either the damage was reduced in PVP or Marksman Rifles are only able to crit on a headshot in PVP. This would also help balance the White Death pop shotting. It would only be rewarding to players who actually hit a headshot. 

I see on the known issues board that they are working on tweaking floor 10 summit for xp grinding, yet nothing has been done about the tombs xp glitch via jamming decoys. A while back the xp was supposedly nerfed, but I still see people firsthand who use script devices to leave their character their jamming decoys all day long for infinite xp. The xp from destroying the decoys needs to be removed altogether.

I guarantee if ubisoft looked any anyone above 12k shd the majority of the players gained it from the tombs via actual cheating. Please at least do something about this as well. At least the summit farm, while seemingly unintended, is a legitimate manual farm.

It seems the Ammo Dumps holster is not included in the expertise system.

@im_pine you can cry all you want, but it is clearly an intended part of the map design. Your derogatory tone has zero productivity. The reality is it sounds like you are used to getting spawn camped and want a way to continue to hide in the debuff. Also, if you are the same pine from xbox then your opinion is null, because you intentionally let the other team kill you to throw matches out of pettiness.

@im_pine I did address the issue in the Spawn Debuff section. That is the real issue. Both of the "exploits" you mentioned all have safe zones where players in spawn cannot be affected. Hence, these are tactical vantage points that can be denied. Additionally, you can shoot back from spawn so I don't see the issue here. One player has a massive protection shield and cover, and both players can shoot each other. Now tell me who has the advantage?

@im_pine good feedback. I don't necessarily see either of those as exploits tbh. I think it just adds another level of tactical decision making. Like if you want to camp in spawn then you have to deal with the potential sniper flank. I for one am very glad those two wall gaps are there on the A side haha.
