I understand that the problem in the game is being investigated, but don't we even have an expectation of a deadline for the solution? This is not cool unfortunately. Especially when you've been a fan of the franchise for years.

I hope you guys fix this fast...I'm waiting for this, even to buy the expansions...

The giants become allies after they turn from their animal to their humanoid form, and I'm unable to eliminate them and complete the encounter. I cant finish the game because of it.
I opened a case in support, but I can't log in to my account either. I have had no answers for over a week and I can't find the case in the bug list.
I saw a post here in January from another user with the same problem, so I'm sharing his video as it's the same case.

They asked me to try to sleep in bed at Ravensthorpe or to engage in combat.
When I slept in the settlement, I managed to carry out the save. But it is still not possible to make the fast travel correctly. The function is even available, but I tried to go to Leicester, for example, and I end up returning to the settlement and I can't move Eivor. I answered the team and I'm waiting ...
