I have some problem with purchasing the game Assassins Creed Valhalla Ultimate Edition 18/11/2020. When I finished filling up my credit card number and press the confirm button, it said the process failed, didn't complete the order, and didn't say why. In the first place, I thought I maybe type the wrong credit card number, so I try again with the same card, but it still the same, so I try to use another bank card, and my friend credit card as well, but the result is the same that said process failed.
We check our bank account and find out it deducted our money, so I checked the game library but didn't see the game, even I try to restart Ubisoft Connect and my pc. Also didn't receive any mail about the order or the order number.
I brought the game six times in total, but I only need one. And still didn't see the game at my game library until now.
