My bird skin was also reset but the horse wasn't

I have the Ultimate pack and have played for a while and when I started the game up today it acted like all of those items were newly added to my inventory. Then I noticed Bear-Claw was no longer equipped. It had unequipped the axe, reset it removing all of the upgrades I had done to it and all of the runes in my armor were unequipped as well. I didn't see this as something reported yet. Annoying for the upgrades to be undone but of course the resources used were gone. I play on PC.
