

@theoilplug it's absolutely ridiculous that's they've known about this for almost 2 weeks and haven't done anything. Everyone needs to contact their bank and have them refund the money to you. They can't keep the money for a product that doesn't work, and I'm certain our financial institutions would agree. I've already done this myself, and gotten a full refund.
This bug is not fixed, and I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I paid 100 dollars to have this game on the day of release and we're still having the same issue that was reported 4 days ago. Are you serious? What a disgrace. Can't even manage to have working product for paying customers. If the kinks weren't ironed out maybe it should've stayed in the shelf.
I better be getting some kind of compensation for having to deal with this. Exclusive items, free dlc, idk. But if ubisoft doesn't make this right I will not be buying another ac game from them. Get it together.

I'm not waiting on word from ubisoft, I'm returning my copy and getting my money back. I'm not supporting a company who so clearly doesn't care about their customers. Until someone else makes assassin's creed, I won't be back. I know you probably don't actually care, but you just lost a customer for life.
