I have completed the main story arc and all available raids. The only quest I have left is to upgrade my settlement to level 6 and I have one building left requiring 1000 supplies. I have zero.
I have hunted around the map for all the small yellow chest markers, including any I missed during raids.
The ones that normally give supplies (the square-topped chests, from what I've seen on YouTube videos) only give me silver.
The other chests result in leather, etc, but never any supplies.
What is going on?
I'm very curious how they are going to fix this retroactively for those of us who ran around and opened a lot of chests, not realizing yet that this was bugged.
Those supplies are now "gone forever", and unless they have some sort of algorithm they can run that says "he opened 27 chests that should have given supplies during the period this bug existed", and grant us those supplies somehow (on login? via a vendor?) ... we are, stuck?
@ubi-borealis Ok, after allocating space it appears to be downloading the 31.37GB update now which is correct. I was concerned about the "Allocating Space" issue because it was unclear if it was downloading an update or the entire game.
I feel the label on this button is very confusing, it should really be "Update" not "Download", as the game is already downloaded. I assume it is this way because this is DLC and not an update to the base game.
That was made more confusing by the fact I was unable to verify files, I'm not sure why this button is disabled in this situation.
Either way, I assume this is resolved now and I will wait for the update to install. Thanks.
I ran AC Valhalla yesterday with no issues. Today, when I run Ubisoft Connect, it thinks the game is not downloaded.
I have tried "Locate Installed Game" and pointed it to the folder where it's installed, but then it wants to "Verify Files" and "Can't Verify Files".
Showing Installed Game
It's somehow installed but not downloaded now?
"Verify Files" is disabled, yet "open folder" works fine and shows me the folder where it is installed.
What is going on here? I want to play the Paris DLC.
Just to chime in on this subject, I also have the lingering Ceres Bureau icon on the map after getting everything out of it.
