The missing fish are still not fixed yet???
A lot of us gamers have spent hours searching for things that don't even exist in the game yet due to the promise of a unique reward. Either fix the bug or make an official statement for the benefit of the community so that we don't waste our precious time searching for something that isn't there... It's disrespectful to offer a reward by completing an unattainable list of tedious items to search for in the game. Please stop wasting our time.

I've been searching in all of the recommended regions for Big Flatfish and Big Mackerel. I've been finding other sizes of the same fish but not these two I've tried different times of day and different weather conditions too since someone suggested that. I've been reading that these two fish types are bugged. I'm on PC and I've tried finding these 2 fish using fishing, archery and horseback archery. No luck.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Still waiting for Big Flatfish and Big Mackerel to be fixed on PC, but I wanted to share this for anyone who is still looking for small sturgeon.
at Rouecistre fortress in the waters there is a small school of small sturgeon. it took me only a few minutes to find and get one.
At Rouecistre fortress there is a small pier where someone is fishing. around that area is where I would concentrate if looking for small sturgeon.

Given the season 4 trailer featured a large canal, I'm hoping for a large Crown Falls sized (or larger) corner island area that is essentially the Anno universe's equivalent of the entrance to the Panama Canal. Your mission there would be to settle the region and contribute towards the construction of the canal over the course of numerous missions so that you can then create custom trade routes and expedition missions beyond.

Effectively though, this would probably require an additional New World session map to play in like Cape Trelawney was for the Old World.

It would also fit into that sort of historical timeframe too, especially as the Northwest passage mission(s) were a part of The Passage DLC. Thematically it would be quite logical.

In addition to that, some sort of impressive naval conflicts in that region between Queenie's Empire, La Corona and the Pyphorians would be great to see too. Contributing towards Queenie's fight with your own warships could be very cool.

I just found a few Small Sturgeon in the waters at Rouecistre Fortress in Cent. There are numerous different fish there so it might take a few minutes to find a school of them.

I'm still missing Big Flatfish and Big Mackerel from the game. I've tried archery, horseback archery and fishing for them. Nothing whatsoever.

Same here with my Spartan Bow. Reset since yesterday.

if anyone else has this problem then apparently it's a glitch that is being used as an exploit. Something to do with the tattoos bought from Yanli are making items duplicate at their lowest level.
Apparently it's being used as an exploit but for my fully upgraded torso armour disappearing is is a massive annoyance. I'm having to abandon hours of gameplay and continue on from an earlier game instead.

Last night I noticed that in my inventory where I used to have a fully upgraded Huntsman Armour Mythical Torso, I now have two Huntman Armour torsos that are now at the lowest level and the runes inserted have been removed, possibly lost completely.
I keep my savegames in a looping cycle so that the oldest one gets replaced each time I save the game and looking at some earlier savegames I still have the fully upgraded torso piece with the runes inserted. 
Instead of losing hours of gameplay, is it possible to simply fix my latest savegame so that the glitch can be repaired?
I have no idea what caused the glitch so no way of knowing if there's a way of preventing it happening again.

What I should have equipped on Eivor is the following torso item:
Huntsman Armour Mythical Torso
Increase range resistance diamond rune
+3.0 armour rune
+4.0 armour rune

Some of my older savegames still show this item before the glitch occurred.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Right after young Eivor meets Young Siggurd for the first time, there is an option to "play"
As Eivor throws a ball into the air Eivor disappears completely while the ball flies up and down.
Sometimes the camera distance gets very very close to where young Eivor is standing as you rotate around this animation, but even at a distance young Eivor is still invisible.
