Community:
Ubisoft, we want more accurate gear like the new AVS, that everyone can get in Maria's shop or in Ghost shop.
Ubisoft: Ok we heard you, how about more wolf/sith gear that we will hide only a limited number in game só only 100 of the players might get one of each and sell in a multi million dollars market making us more rich?
[Suggestion]
• Alicia woodland becomes an option for us to use in our clothes.
• Make a version of the G4 shirt with the sleeves cuffed like Alicia Diaz shirt
• Alicia Face and hat becomes a separate option for customization, like the GRFS helmet, face mask and glasses.
• Give us an option of wearing just one glove or gloves with watches/GPS
• Belts become editable, they release several different belt loadouts in the store at 150 GC and you buy the ones you want, this also would allow to remove the belt.
FYI: for all of those new belt loadouts, use Nøkk holster platform and IFAK in those as well as Alicia TQ pouch, the IFAK would be in the same position as it is in Nøkk figure, the tourniquet pouch would be beside it and on the other side the multi-touch pouch from the normal belt the character would look 100% better and more awesome, more people would buy it, telling you with someone willing to use the wallet, you can make a test. (Of course, have the holster mounting on the platform, instead of below it, floating on the leg, like it is on Nøkk leg right now)
Release a belt loadout in the coming weeks using the items I just mentioned
One example of loadout for the belt:
- Nøkk holster platform with the holster sitting on it and not below
- Nøkk IFAK pouch in the back
- Alicia TQ pouch on the right side if the IFAK
- Nomad Multi-tool pouch on the left side of the IFAK
- The belt has 3 molle panel sectiond and 2 sections with the innerbelt exposed, on the left side (left to the IFAK) put an dump pouch.
This would be the base for all belt loadouts, but for this loadout in specific add 2 rifle taco pouches on the left side with 2 pistol pouches on top of them, that's it.
• More loadouts for other vests and for the AVS, this new one is awesome and would love others for 7,62 guns and other classes (LMG, SMG, Sniper)
• More versions of the helmets already in game, with more realistic helmet loadouts, currently I'm using the future soldier one because it has more gizmos.
• Different loadout versions of the backpacks, giving an option for us to make our characters and companions more unique.
• New hiking boots one with dual colors, less monochromatic, like the Merrell ones, with green leather, black synthetic mesh and gray and black double layer soles (this would be an example, and when you change colors in shoes like this, instead of becoming just one tone, you just change the color of the leather, like: brown leather, black synthetic, grleather and black synthetic, coyote leather and you get the idea)
• Braids and more feminine faces for the females
@hugo-fou I like it Hugo, would be nice if hey also removed the dependency of the full skill three to make the usage of the maestry skills, and maybe reduce from 5 and 10 to 2 and 5 skill points to acquire the maestry levels for each classes
I am watching a video now of ground branch and the game is not only an example of gunsmith and loadout/character customization, but also for animations.
Imagine if you could go to the next GR options and select the animation which the character and the team mates would assume when you are near enemies.
You could choose from the low ready in BP
High ready
Retention ready (muzzle pointing up but the butt sotck is at the armpit level instead of in the shoulder...when doing high ready like that is cumbersome, this is why I prefer this type of retention ready).
The animation for the way the character holds the rifle and pistol is really cool.
The way the gun moves when switching from semi to full and vice versa, the recoil animation of all weapons
The way the aim dances when you move while aiming.
The running animations
Reload animations.
You can toggle IR/Visible light and laser on and off
(This paired with an option of having them toggled but only visible as you take aim would be really immersive)
It's a feast for the eyes.
Ubisoft, please learn from the old developers of the original R6 and members from the arma community that are working on this
[Suggestion]
• Give us an M79 you guys have the models from FC
• Give us the M320 GL the model is already in game and animated
• Give us an proper looking 1911 with modern combat sights and beaver tail grip safety
• Holosights for pistols, you could borrow the holo from the P10C in R6
• P10C pistol as a new R6 pack, but please don't give it a locked attachments and weird colors, let us choose.
• M60
• M24
• Tomahawk axe as new malee weapon
• Give us an option to have an short barrel and no buttstock in the M590A1, I wish I could have something like the survival version minus the leafs and camouflage..
You guys have permission from H&K to use their guns, is this permission only for a few guns? If not please:
• Hk45CT (updated version of the USP)
•VP9
•417
I know there will be some that will disagree, but given that a fair number of people in the forums liked Motherland, here is my suggestion.
First of all, good job.
Second of all:
A few changes to the game might go a long way to make it more interesting.
If you are up for it, an Year 3 and 4 would be a great thing in which you could sell the year pass.
Let's start with the changes.
Thank you for having added a lot of our suggestions on world interactions, these things can be added to main game as a revival to the battle pass/faction missions that we have been requesting since their shut down a year ago.
How it would work, set as a world parameter, campaign conquest.
The number of enemies increases and faction missions would be available to:
• Clear the drone swarm and allow you to fly
• Reduce Helicopters fly overs and azreal fly overs (there is even a faction mission in where we there is an azreal with the wings folded and you mess with a computer near some scientists)
• Reduce the amount of other drones.
• After you meet Haruhi Ito by saving Paula, missions that increase outcast presence and make civilians drive around the provinces and fill it with life becomes available.
This change in itself would plead a lot of players here
Now the world can be filled with these missions for those who want it, giving something else to do alongside EP 1, 2 & 3.
Since playing all episodes nearly makes us visit the entire island.
Other changes:
Gameplay wise:
• Make the Radio operator for sentinel call in several waves of back up, make sentinel QRF and vehicle patrols have the vehicles filled (4 to 6 men)
• Increase their numbers (Sentinel and Wolves)
• separate detection speed and range from lethality
• keep the helo patrols with an route that doesn't necessarily mean over you on the main game too
• Put an option to remove the Seekers and heavies (including the bodark ones)
• Increase the troopers number
• Put the IR illuminator in the pistol as well, give us an flashlight model for the pistol, one that works only as IR an doesn't have laser (kind of looking like the TLR 1 or the X300)
• Make it only turn on when aiming
• Continue trying to have the AI react to the light so we can have white lights as well, my advice would be take a look at the code that makes them react to our vehicle lights, you can test this by driving near to them without lights and just turning it on, they become aware of you most of the time. (If successful give us an combo of buttons to turn the toggle it on, so it will automatically come on as aiming, optic camo is RB + X in xbox one, so the light could be RB+ Y)
• Smoke grenades.
They could use the code that makes them wave their arms when in the poison gas, because smoke grenades can cause people to cough and have irritated eyes and nose, as well as code them to not see us. (And also they don't take damage in it)
• Make the enemy flank more frequently while doing combined ops (everyone working together to kill you instead of one or 2 rushing you at a time)
• Classic Helo control, would make it much more pleasant to fly between missions.
• Rework the gun damage as we all have already described a million of times
• Add the RAT 4 as an weapon option instead of item in the wheel
• You configured the maestry the way you did because you wanted to make us spend more time playing to be able to acquire it.
News flash, we will spend a lot more time playing if we don't have to grind that hard, it frustrates us, force us to acquire skills we don't want and classes we don't want and many of us won't even try it.
Remove these requirements so we can use it from Day 1.
Instead of costing 5 SP and later 10 for acquiring the maestry levels, make it 2 and 3 is more achievable for normal players who have a life (they consist in more than 80% of your player base, if they are pleased they have more chances of consuming, that is administration 101)
• Day and Night cycle
Cosmetic wise:
• Alicia woodland becomes an option for us to use in our clothes.
• Make a version of the G4 shirt with the sleeves cuffed like Alicia Diaz shirt
• Alicia Face and hat becomes a separate option for customization, like the GRFS helmet, face mask and glasses.
• Give us an option of wearing just one glove or gloves with watches/GPS

Vehicles:
• Bring back the blackhawk
• Since you guys are trying to make money appealing to Vietnam era lovers, give us an UH1 huey, would love to fly this with classic helo controls, would fly the entire island while listening to CCR (Yes I would buy it from the store)
Vehicles and cosmetics could be in the MTX store if just making an paid Y pass is not incentive enough..
Map:
Open MOA and add missions for the conquest mode (Virtual Chris made and awesome suggestion of having a different country, trying their luck now, to conquer auroa "but on MOA and the other island", could be China, North Korea or who knows)
Add new facilities in main auroa with more missions for the conquest
Add more missions for conquest mode as you made new faction missions
Cycle through things and give us back battlerewards in this mode
Give us an mission editor as the last update, this way we can keep things alive until the next GR
I'm going to have to disagree with a few people here and this is my my own personal opinion.
To start off, I don't think ubi needs to drop the tier 1, they just need to write the games better.
Here is the things I'd like to see categorized in:
AI/combat/gameplay
Weapons/Gunsmith
Cosmetics
UI
World/locations
AI/Combat/gameplay:
• AI similar to MGS V AI, if you break line of sight and move to a new location while remaining unseen, they will search for you in the last known location and fan out from there, instead of instantly knowing where you are.
This would finally make flanking possible when playing offline, without the enemy instantly mowing you down because they see through walls once alerted.
• If you surprise enemies they can surrender, fake surrender or try their luck.
This is an interesting aspect from MGS V and IMO would have made the capture and intimidade the sicario missions much more pleasurable.
• Following the same logic, every enemy that surrendered can be interrogated to find out things about mission (this doesn't mean all of them will give you intel)
• Enemies can be knocked down without being killed (Yes still like MGSV), I don't like the model present since GRFS that if you let go from the HVT, he will just make his gun magically appear in his hand and start fighting you again, would be nice if we could cuff them and knock them out to transport them for the objectives.
• You can shoot and use emplaced weapons
GRWL would have been better if we could emplacement and use mortars (also use the ones already emplaced).
• Suddenly flashing an white light on the face of the enemies when he least expect can blind him for 1 second (Yes, eyes adapt, person can simply still shoot in the light direction while momentarily closing the eyes, I think MGSV does this exceptionally well, while in combat if you try to blind 10 enemies with torches, some might be stunned some might not, it's random, but having this force multiplier would be really nice).
• Flashlights/IR illuminator and visible laser/IR laser.
Would be nice having an weapon wheel in which we can press a button while it is open to select which attachments will be toggled to be turned on when you aim.
Example:
You open the weapon gadget wheel and select the white light and visible laser to be toggled on, when you aim the weapon they will automatically be turned on, they both can give your position away.
Now let's say it's night and you are going to operate with nods, but toggled on the IR illuminator and laser, but forgot to toggle the white light and visible laser off, they would still automatically turn on when aiming, making gear management more realistic and interesting.
• Smoke grenades.
Using smoke grenades to break contact or mask your movement into an building/objective.
Smoke grenades make enemies and characters cough giving away position.
This is something nice that is realistic and was added into Insurgency sandstorm and something similar was added in MGSV where everyone cover their eyes and mouth while in the smoke (including snake if he gets to close to the source).
• Air support/pickup like in MGSV
Don't get me wrong I love flying on my own and hope it doesn't get removed from the game
But sometimes I would like to go to the objective and just parachute without having the chopper dropping and exploding.
• Bigger draw distance
weapons/gunsmith:
• When the developers say they are going to add a new gun, I'm seriously hoping for a new gun instead of the 10th 516 with a different paint and completely different stats.
• Keep the weapons simple, what will change between different brands of AR15 will pretty much be cosmetics and things that can't translate into video games.
When in much, a different AR might have higher or lower ROF which can impact the recoil pattern and an slight difference in accuracy, that's it.
No more all over the place damage and oenetration between what is pretty much the same weapon.
• Tie ballistics to caliber.
(OH but the game would be unbalanced)
Says who?
What really is unbalanced is you can select the gun you like more visually because it sucks while someone is using what is pretty much the same gun with different cosmetics but with super premium stats, this ain't balance, it's an excuse created to sell packages for multi-player.
Like you play with the M4 in COD but the M13 used to nail people because it had much better damage.
This us ridiculous and exists only to sell guns in the store, this is not balance.
• Launcher weapon category, it involves stand alone grenade launchers, AT weapons, RPG's, ATGM and portable anti air equipment.
• Weapon models used by US tier 1 forces and weapons that would make sense to find on the AO.
For example the IA2 would make sense to be found in South America, maybe on Africa and that is stretching things a lot.
Ak's can be found world wide
Augs would be really hard to find depending on where you go, you get the idea.
M13
Mk18
Other models of AR15 being used currently by Tier one forces like Devgru and CAG
These would be the main protagonist.
• Bring the following pistols:
M17/M18
Glock (just don't name it glock, several other games do the same and glock never did anything)
Hk 45 CT
I don't know which other model of pistols is being used by US tier 1.
• Modern weapons nowadays have trigger mechanisms that allow you to shoot as fast as you can press the trigger, this goes for Rifles, PCC, pistols, make it happen in the game as well, loved it on Breakpoint because pistols where like this.
• Gunsmith as close as the one in the ground branch game as possible.
• Realistic sound detection (this isn't splinter cell) enemies not hearing an AR 15 shooting 10 meters away from him is really annoying.
• Red dots for pistols.
• Pistol sights should be suppressor height, to be able to use with suppressors without needing red dots (for those who don't like it) and for co witnessing with red dots for those that like it and expect this tacticool look.
• Please on the FPS aiming view, don't put the camera so zoomed in the gun and hand, like...Let it be further away allowing us to have a bigger FOV and view the character forearms (like in Mw)
cosmetics:
• Realistic loadouts for vest and belts
• Use gear used by Tier 1 in the US, like El curvacho said, Crye precision (faithfully modeled and textured), eagle industries, first spear, and any other gear manufacuter used by them.
Faithfully modeled and textured.
I hated how the AVS cummerbund molle in multicam was just part of the cummerbund itself, should have been textured separately by an molle swatch, this attention to detail is gold.
Don't just use one swatch for the entire pant for example, pockets have to be textured separately, like real paints use different pieces of tissue to add pockets.
• Holster and plate carriers in a more "correct height" was really awkward looking at Nomad with the holster in his knees on the game, or the plate carriers sitting almost at his nipple height (just a few were modeled covering his heart and sitting on the jugular notch.
• Don't lock camouflages behind modes or parts of the story, specially not the multicam family and M81.
• Add helmets with accessories that are used by SOF dudes in real life (Counter weights, small red lights, strobes.
UI
• There are good aspects on BP UI but having something like a keyboard cursor on console was a huge pain in the buttocks
World/locations:
•I really liked Bolívia and was a great way to integrate all biomes in one map, whereas auroa was kind of bad, because lacked a few things (villages, cities)
And we hated the futuristic factories.
The next location needs to have bigger villages and cities, take the biggest city in wildlands and make it bigger, that should be the standard for cities in the map and the the biggest village and make it bigger.
Also airports in the game shouldn't have only 200 to 300m runways, yes you can have airstrip this size but add at least one airport with an decent 1km runway.
Like the old forums, decided to make a thread so everyone can give their feedback or suggestions in regard of cosmetics.
Please use [Feedback] or [Suggestion] or even both depending on what you are going to post, to help the CM's to filter our posts.
Few more weapon suggestions:
• Give us an option to have an short barrel and no buttstock in the M590A1, I wish I could have something like the survival version minus the leafs and camouflage..
You guys have permission from H&K to use their guns, is this permission only for a few guns? If not please
• Hk45CT (updated version of the USP
•VP9
•417
Yes I'm aware that some of them would only become available if you bought the next year pass or directly on the MTX
All of these suggestions (minus the gameplay ones) are taking this under consideration.
Map:
• Could you guys sell an separate DLC for mission making, where we can access WL bolovia map for mission creation?
Would love to visit bolivia and play with the new mechanics, I would pay for it, no need to upgrade the map for ground camouflage.
I just miss the semi arid locations, the mountains and hills with dirt and gravel, almost everything in BP is covered in grass
@xxshadowcommand would be nice, would love the G4 crye shirt with the cuffed sleeve, which just rolls the sleeve a small amount, like the shirt in the Alicia Diaz model
@fcac-no-moe
But the gimmick is there for the players who want to unlock things for the completion of the game and doesn't affect the players that doesn't.
And the fact that the gimmick is there doesn't take away from the fact that you do have this functional sort of exploration.
Where you can do reconaissance and choose how you will approach things.
@fcac-no-moe One of the things I liked about wildlands was this.
When I say I like to explore the map I mean.
LRRP.
I do reconaissance, I find the best infiltration areas
I find where all enemy checkpoints are.
I find the convoy routes for that particular province
I explore bases defenses.
I do small strikes to see from where the enemies will spawn to protect an area to make it easier to screen an exfil route.
And it allows me to be creative into how I'll tackle the mission.
For example, that mission where you need to destroy the trucks that would take the art to El_Sueño mausoleum.
I rucked down the mountain side until I was around 200 to 300 meters away from it.
It was night, everyone was wearing ghillie suits.
We taken out the snipers and acted as forward observation to direct artillery fire.
After that we went int and released the prisoners and exhilarated (Exfiltrate, was my autocorrect, it doesn't recognize this word) the area from where we came
This is really cool and reminded me playing arma 3 campaign, when I'd set to explore the map in between missions, to acquire Intel for main missions, weaken enemy defenses, raid enemy fobs.
There was a side mission to destroy an enemy checkpoint, I used a mortar I had aquire raiding an enemy FOB a few miles away from that location.
I just started to rain hell on them.
After that I just went in, finished off the couple of survivors, stole their supplies and went back.
Due to me destroying that checkpoint I didn't need to attack it during a main mission where I had around 10 minutes to get in position to ambush a convoy.
I would either have to attack them before getting in position and risk missing the convoy or attack the convoy and have that FOB act as reinforcements.
This is what I like when playing a shooter.
And on console, WL was the one that came closest to this experience
@mars388502 From ground branch what I mean is:
The animations of recoil are really realistic
They are snappy like players always requested but it is controllable.
They have a lot of attention to detail, most of the team of developers now are former modders from Arma 3 and most of team are shooters, weapon owners and gun aficionados.
Recoil pattern is realistic
The way character holds guns is realistic
Customization is realistic.
This is what I'd like from the game.
From MGS V.
AI is more life like:
If taken by surprise, some might surrender, some might fake surrender and try to attack you others might not even try to surrender and try to attack you.
If a bright light suddenly is turned right at their faces from a close distance.
Some might be blinded a lose focus for a couple of seconds
Some might shoot but miss
Some might not be fazed.
Enemies don't instantly know where you are and follow you perfectly after you broke contact and hid yourself.
They will coordinate with artillery and suppressive fire on your last know position and maneuver to flank you.
If you change your location and break contact they will fan out from your last know and search you around the area.
If you change your location and find somewhere out of sight to continue attacking, they won't instantly shoot at you, they will continue suppressing your last known because they believe you are pinned there.
Once you start shooting at them it will take them a couple of seconds to realize where you are
They all call for backup
They use grenades
They use cover and concealment
They don't just rush you like [censored].
They use fighting vehicles that can drop enemies and continue fighting
These are all things we have been requesting for a long time.
But I don't think we will agree because for some reason in this community.
When someone say that a game has a perfect example of the things we have been requesting being done well.
A lot of people go, ugh but it's a different game and start having reservations like you are having right now.
As if saying a different game has done a couple things of what we have been requesting means that we want everything from that game including its faults
All is here.
Better gunplay that is realistic and gorgeous to play with
Better animations and attention to details
Better customization
More realism that maintains fun
Better enemy AI..
Why the reservation and dislike?
If you can't go through the trouble of looking for videos of the games I mentioned and paying attention only to the things I described, we won't ever have a fair debate and certainly will have zero chances of agreeing.
If we can't agree, be certain that a lot of people also won't be able to.
There are people who'd like exactly the things I have been describing and described in a couple of threads (recent ones).
And there are people who don't know what they want
There are also people who want nothing of what I described.
If we can't see eye to eye what will happen is:
We will get together and buy the shares, elect a representative.
But when things start going completely the opposite of what a group wants.
This group will sell their share, thus the community loosing it place at the table and going back to how things always were.
And I'm being honest, I'm not willing to compromise in the game I'm envisioning.
I would sell my shares and a lot of others would
The same would happen if the decisions made were exactly what I am describing, because people who don't share this view would be dissatisfied
And yes I know I wouldn't hold an share to be exact.
Because we are talking about coming together to buy one.
But imagine the cascade effect of a lot of people having the same idea.
And further explaining why I think something akin to hitman way of functioning is best.
Because
Let's say they reboot the series and the next game comes out as GR1.
When making GR2 all they would need to do is:
Take our feedback and further polish the engine mechanics and gameplay (which would also directly benefit players of GR1) while make a new menu for GR2 inside a Launcher and make a new map, new story, new cosmetics, new vehicles and new guns.
The cosmetics, guns and vehicles would also be accessible when playing the GR1 campaign.
Then GR3 comes out and the same repeats.
The new vehicles, cosmetics and weapons as well as the polishing would be seen in either GR1 or GR2.
This would really improve the relationship with the community, because.
How many times didn't we see people requesting the weapons, cosmetics and features from BP to go to WL and vice versa.
You might have played GR1 several times, but when a new feature and weapons come out in GR3 you might stop and say...
Wow this would be so cool in the story of both GR1 and GR2.
Then speaking on multi-player.
You would have a separate selection in the launcher to go to MP.
There it could work similarly to COD.
Weapons unlocked in each of the 3 games would be usable, stats are tied to the weapons and not the character, most certainly not to classes.
You are free to create several loadouts and save them like in COD and use whatever you like.
There could be several modes to this, including the BR that they want to do so much.
Ironically IMHO this is how they should have done the multi-player in the first place, specially since they wanted shared xp with single player like in COD and BF
@mars388502
Well Yeah, if we could have a middle ground.
Have the future games like:
You start the ghost recon item on your console or PC and you can choose between titles (kind of like hitman 1,2 and 3).
In which all new content each new title brings to the table (if it's an engine modification, meaning gameplay tweaks, new mechanics an etc) or new weapons, cosmetics and vehicles are also usable in previous titles (Also kind of like COD is doing, but only in the multi-player, whereas hitman does in the campaign, I can use the silverballer which was released on hitman 2 or 3, can't recall exactly. While playing the campaign for the first.)
Also, like I mentioned in another thread.
We all requested a realistic feel for the weapons.
Better customizations and gunplay.
Groundbranch offers a great gunplay, recoil is realistic, animations are really cool, gun play is superb, weapons are not too close to the screen which gives a higher FOV and by them taking a less percentage of the screen you can track your targets better (and see the arms of the character which is cool). And also offers an customization that is unprecedented.
Also like I mentioned, if we could have an AI similar to MGSV.
They react to Flashlights
They can't see through smoke
They use vehicles and as soldiers dismount from vehicles, the crew continues providing support from it
They try to flank and take cover
They don't know where you are at all times by seeing through the map.
And have a super immersive settings like WL did.
Can we all agree in this as a base?
If we can, I'm all forward to having option for those that like gear score and raids.
I think they could even appreciate it even more because of how cool the guns, animations and gunplay would be.
But can we all agree in the highlighted part?
@mars388502 I'm willing to donate to this, but being honest I don't think would work.
Even if we appointed blue, the community is too divided in certain aspects.
@killorio I suppose you are new in the forums and have missed several threads in which I do nothing but criticize the company.
There is one really recent that is less than an hour old...
But here we go.
Ghost Recon is a universe marked by a strong fantasy as well as by the desire to offer players a realistic and tactical experience, promoting creativity, freedom of action and team spirit
Here's how you should read this and I'm not saying that the person is not trying to sweet talk us.
Ghost recon is a universe marked/(Marked by what? The rest is the phrase is an direct and indirect object, meaning: that a fantasy and a desire to offer the players something, it is not saying that the game is a fantasy, but that the universe is marked by the fantasy of providing a realistic tactical experience.
means that the people in ubisoft dream and have a strong desire to give us what we want.
Under this context if he used the work fiction he would have meant that this would never be obtainable)
by a strong fantasy as well as by the desire to offer players / (Offer the players what?)
A realistic and tactical experience, promoting creativity, freedom of action and team spirit.
This is a simple thing to do when you study text interpretation, and the grammar rules for this (direct and indirect object as well as being able to pause while reading to assess how the word fit the context, it's the same on all languages that share this alphabet.)
Ps: further clarifying he is saying is a universe marked BY.
And not a universe OF.
There is a huge distinction in the meaning of both words.
