@arhalford Thank you for your help - I have reloaded Ubisoft Connect and Ghost Recon but it still was not working correctly, but I have managed to get the game back through "Epic Games" and it is all up and running again, so once more - thank you for your help
@ubi-keo
Many thanks for this advice, I will try these solutions and see how I get on. As a matter of interest, Far Cry 6 is working, so I wonder if I have done something wrong with Ghost Recon .... but I will try your solutions first - Many thanks
@ubi-mercury
Thanks for the reply. Yes "Ubisoft connect" was already installed on my PC prior to moving the Ubisoft Folder across
I am new here so apologies if this is the wrong place to raise this issue - Unfortunately, I think it may be my fault as I think I may have gone about things the wrong way
I had an issue with space on my PC "C" drive -and I moved the Ubisoft folder across to "D" drive to free up space. (simply "Copy & Paste") it all looked to go ok. I checked through all the folders to make sure it had all copied correctly which it had done
I then deleted the Ubisoft folder from "C" drive and it all looks to have been successfully moved across to "D" drive but I can now no longer play Ghost Recon Breakpoint or Ghost Recon Wildlands
I go to Ubisoft Connect which shows that both games are installed but when I click on the icons to play .....it prepares my game - seems to synchronize with cloud but then nothing else happens
I fear I may have done something wrong when changing it over to D Drive and am now unable to play either game. Do I need to uninstall them from my PC and then re-install them or is there another Ubisoft application I need to install.
Thinking I might have deleted something I purchased, thinking that may kick start it off but I still cannot access Ghost Recon
Advice would be appreciated for this techno dinosaur otherwise I have wasted all that time on Breakpoint - only played it 5 days ago as well
HELP
Thanks
PS I have tried to raise this point in Ubisoft Connect but there has been no reply to my "chat" for some while - thanks
