Are you real? Connectivity guide? Maybe you should start reading some guides to fix your game. Issue is obviously server sided so don't blame user configuration for that. This is pathetic.

Today me and my friends were disconnected from ranked matches TWICE without possibility of rejoining. Because of that we get instant abandon bans - 60min first and 2 hours second. Fix this, give us our lost MMR.

It is obviously server sided (or some hacks).
@ughsalty Exactly same issue I've faced yesterday, twice! First time we were disconnected after 3 rounds - 60 min ban for no reason. We waited it out and queued for next ranked game - first round and same [censored] happened - disconnected from server with instant abandon sanction for 2 hours (+ renown penalty ofc).
Based ubisoft support replies in related threads on this forum (and your input [wait out 254h ban xd]) I personally don't believe that intelligent human could respond like that. They are trying to put guilt on us - users, giving us links to some [censored] guides when problem is obviously server sided. Users even gave them evidences - reported issues, recorded videos, screenshots and they didn't do [censored] about it. How they can call themselves "support" if they are not able to do simple things like checking server logs, set ban flag to 0.
You know, we've already paid for this game, so they can now spit on our faces. Really, as much as I love this game I hate ubisoft.
ubisoft - at least don't be scared to admit that something is [censored] up on your side.
