Is there any official statement from Ubisoft regarding this bugged textures? It makes me nervous that it takes so long...

I have the same problem...
Ultra settings without HD texture pack and still I have this potato textures on weapons, clothes, stones and trees.

Rx570 4gb sapphire
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
2x8gb ram 3200MHz
B450 tomahawk MB
