@Ubi-Borealis @Ubi-Milky is someone actually going to provide an update on this bug, I can't believe that it is still no closer to being resolved. The fact that it is now well over a year since first being reported and still no change. Perhaps they should delay dawn of ragnarok and concentrate on fixing the bugs for the original game

Tablet has now vanished with patch 1.2.2, barrels not reset. Still unable to complete platinum, how long must we wait for a fix. Had this problem since December

Extremely disappointing that it still isn't resolved, surely given the length of time this has been logged we should be close to sorting.

Why can't the mission be marked as closed if the tablet is in the gamers inventory, its simple code to check and then close the quest.

With a new DLC coming out that we are being charged 32.99 for even with a season pass and a game that is still glitching and can't actually be completed, starting to see that money from the end user is clearly more important than the actual user experience.

Managed to get Tablet in inventory but still doesn't help complete the platinum. Are the team still working on closing the mission and if so how given they have now just added the tablet for everyone

Is there any update on when the development team will provide a fix in order to mark the old cellar as complete. This is the last trophy in order to complete platinum. Given this glitch first happened in Dec and is still yet to be resolved is extremely annoying

Come on how is this not fixed yet, forgot new content players want the bugs fixing and this is a pretty big one considering it's been going on for over a year

The dedicated teams have confirmed that they will be deploying a fix for the Old Cellar in a future update. The update this fix is to be included in has not yet been confirmed, so it hasn't yet been released for the game.

Once we have been provided a confirmed ETA, we will let you know within this thread. Additionally, any future updates will also be published within the News & Announcements forum prior to release, so please keep an eye out for these.

Again thanks for the update, but considering that this bug has been around for over a year surely it is in the best interest to actually resolve it sooner rather than later, I and I'm sure many others would rather the bugs be resolved than some slight enhancements to side quests or photomodes. Its been a month since the last patch release how can no one know when the next patch is to be released. Surely there are regular slots for bug fixes to aid the consumers that have spent a significant amount of money for the many different versions of the game along with DLC content. For something that was first reported in Dec 2020 to not be resolved now is extremely poor. The fact that the tablet was added to players inventory without a small bit of code to close the quest is very short sighted

Did the last two trophies just pop when the location updated or did you have to do anything, location is complete and finished everything but couple of river raids and the mastery challengers

Trophies haven't popped, really am getting frustrated with this game now,

I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble completing the mystery at the Old Cellar. As shared in my earlier post, the dedicated teams will be deploying a fix for this world event in a future update! We don't yet have a confirmed ETA for when these fixes will be released for the game.

Thought this bug was fixed and just awaiting release?

Are they going to sort it out considering how long it's been an issue and how many people are actually waiting for it to be released. Forgot new DLCs and events fix the issues first would be a start

Appreciate the update but its not really anything we didn't know, we are still in the dark as to when this will be sorted or if it is even actually fixed.
