@akorna I did all the things you just mentioned, even blew up the stones under the Waterfall and collected all the Thirstles, nothing happened. I might start over again ...

What i did is I started all over again with the game, i had so many quest bugs and with the quest Bleeding the Leech i just couldn't proceed anymore, it was so frustrating. I know it is not preferable to start all over again, but the bugs i had in the beginning are gone, so fingers crossed ....

I am having the same problem, cannot proceed in this Quest, i guess i have at the moment eight quests and all are bugged ...so disappointing ....

I have exactly the same issue, i can collect thistles but it doesn't ad up to 5, tried reloading etc, but nothing works, very annoying.

@kultowy97 I have the same problem here, found all the five Thirstle plants and nothing happpens.
