To answer your question it is a no regarding making any changes, I have not modified any settings in a while.
The issue hasn't re-appeared after that day. Though, I haven't gone back to the bivouac I was seeing the issue at (on top of seed vault) in a while.

@fcac-no-moe It's a pop-up bug where the Relics of the Ancient pop-up as shown in my original post comes up when you either die or come out from a bivouac despite already completing it.

I did this event about 6 months ago and it shows I have completed it in game, but for some reason this pop-up appears when either of the two things mentioned happens.

New bug has popped up and wondering if there were any other people getting it?

This bug may appear either when you die and respawn or when coming out a Bivouac.

I have let the CMs know in Delta Company Discord, but was wondering if any other players have the same issue?
