Another here. And appears this issue is platform agnostic, there's PS4 and Xbox complaints as well. Tried completing the zone, fast travel, ride the whole way there, progress in other areas and come back, meditate, get drunk first, set the whole GD place on fire...that was just frustration, nothing works.

@stephke999 That worked. Now I'm left with a group of mysteries in Norway that won't finish and that damned seer pig.

Same issue, after the wedding, there are 4 or 5 NPC's with dialog bubbles, but I can't talk to any of them. This makes 8 quests that are stuck because follow up dialogue won't trigger. Although the other 7 are side quests and haven't stopped the game like this one.

@zuluhotelx-ray All three of these are bugged on PC as well.
