Season 9 Completion Missing Rewards
I just completed Season 9 and did not receive the Vanity Mask even though it says I have it. I would assume it would go to the masks section in the Apparel Category. Is there somewhere else that it would have went? Isn't in my stash mail either. Has anyone else had this issue? And why does Ubisoft Help Center make it so hard to get in touch with them. The chat is disabled and says to send an email. Then the email section gives the runaround. Very annoying.
