Hello,

my copy of AC:V doesn't start. It gets stuck at splash screen after cloud-synchronisation. It says: "Game could not be started. The product can not be activated now. Please try again later." My order is not listed under account too. Strange enough it is available and AC:V was pre-downloaded on nov 6th.
I'm gaming on linux (lutris/wine). All the other games (unity, black flag, odyssey, division 2, farcry 5) do work flawlessly there. I also tried to start it on a windows laptop but got the same error.
Is there something wrong with my order/license? It was pre-ordered with u-bonus.
