Very often, when I fast travel, or load a mission/quest, my character will freeze in place and nothing will happen. I can't do anything but control the camera. This has happened on 3 occasions back-to-back. I can simply reload the save and continue, but it's going to eventually happen again, as I waited 3 months after the 2nd time and the 3rd time happened when I continued the next quest.
