My boat will not sail after I sit down and Sigurd talks. I've tried several things and nothing is working.

I have completed all of the quest line for pledging East Anglia and have not received credit for it in game. I have gone through every cut scene including the ones after the Oswald wedding. Since I have already dumped tons of hours in game, I DO NOT want to start over. Ubisoft, can you tell me how to fix this or patch it?
