Why is it that in a single player game, we are constantly spammed with screengrabs of syncpoints from random players? Why can't I play co-op with a friend, but have to get spammed by other online players? Why is it that we have to go into the legend and 'hide' them? Why is it that 'hiding' them does absolutely NOTHING? Why are they even a thing?
Any devs reading this (I know they will but they'll do nothing as usual because I've already paid my money!), can you explain the thought process behind this 'feature'? Who thought it was a good idea to make it mandatory that we all have to suffer adding to an already over populated map? Why is it I can turn off markers for everything on the map and they'll stay turned off, but should I not want to see a stupid screengrab, it's as if I've went to the gates of heaven and flipped off god himself? Why do I have to individually 'hide' each one then have to confirm each time that I've no interest? Why? WHY?
It's the worst 'feature' I've ever seen in any video game EVER! "Let's fill your single player game map with hundreds of random peoples screengrabs that you never asked for nor need"!!!!
Please, just bin it!!!
@ubi-borealis Why are there no fixes for this game breaking bug, but you very quickly managed to fix the cantina meal buff bug! You seem to put all your effort into making sure players don't get an advantage in the game (rightly so) but appear to make no effort to fix bugs that only bring anger and frustration to the majority of players!
I have literally just spent 30 mins trying to pick up a FND cache, every enemy I killed an enemy, the second I turned to kill another, they were back again... I must have fought the largest army Yara has ever had consisting of only 3 people! This is ridiculous considering you claim this game to be a AAA title AND you got an extra 8 months to fix it! I'd hate to imagine what it was like before you pulled the original Feb release date!
@forcefrank If you go into the legend (Edit: On the map!) and scroll all the way down, you'll see 'Misc'... If you click on the 'Misc' box you can toggle it on and off... But it's useless, you have to exit the map then re-entre to have the images gone... But the next time you open your map, there they are!! You can also hide each one individually (which seems to work but is tedious) by scrolling over them and hitting down on the D-pad, you'll then be prompted to confirm you have no interest in this stupid feature!
Once again, I can travel to Kenly. Once again, I get to the 'Technology Laboratory' in the student union. Once again, I see the only 'collectable' I'm missing. Once again, I can't get in the room!
This has been an issue, widely reported, since 2017, going by posts on the old forum... Why is it still a thing? How hard could it be to extend the map boundaries or move the collectable to another location? Having to use a work around to complete the mission is a joke, but putting a 'collectable' out of reach is farcical!
Please, can someone fix this issue?

So as usual with Ubi games, first thing I do is raid the rewards on Connect...
I spent 160 credits on 'High Caliber Beats' and 'Mixtape', but I can't find them in the game? Same with Chorizo Chibi for my ride, nothing there?
Do I need to be a certain level to use them? are they located somewhere other than the arsenal? Am I just being a big tool and not seeing the obvious or am I 190 (total) credits down and nothing to show for it?
@echolecter It's not a locked door, it's the room you have to use a switch during the 'Communications jamming hub' investigation in the Student Union. When you follow the blue/white cable and try and enter the room you just rubber band back to the door, if you use 'move to cover' you get an 'out of playable area' warning and teleported back to the main echo. There's a workaround to get the switch from outside the room to continue the investigation at least, but the field data phone is sat on a desk, just out of reach. It's the 'Quarantine' one.

@noxious81 I have a character that's WT5 gear score 512 that I use for playing with friends that don't have the expansion... Jumped on, checked the commendations, the 3 strongholds were showing 0/10 hard complete... Ran through them, achievement popped!
Thanks so much for the suggestion!
@noxious81 The character I'm using is boosted! That's what it'll be! I'll try again on another that's not been through WoNY
Thanks
@noxious81 Yeah, skipped it in the list... It's one of the ones done over 10 times.
I'm re-running them again today but it's getting a bit boring now!
Hey folks, what am I doing wrong?
Been trying to get the 'Hard as nails' achievement but it just won't pop! I've checked my service commendations and it shows that each mission has been completed on hard or higher (most 10/10), I have the 'Supreme response Distinction' showing that all 16 missions/strongholds have been completed on hard or higher, and in the combat commendations, each mission shows 20/20 headshots and the 'mission complete' checkbox is ticked.
Today I have played each mission in turn on hard difficulty, in case I joined a group half way through on one of them, I started at the mission info and finished at the 'exit mission area', each mission or stronghold was a normal mission and not an 'invaded' Black Tusk one...
The missions I have completed are...
Grand Washington Hotel
Jefferson Trade Centre
Viewpoint Museum
American History Museum
Air & Space Museum
Space Administration HQ
Jefferson Plaza
Bank HQ
Lincoln Memorial
Potomac Event Centre
Federal Emergency Bunker
District Union Arena
Capitol Building
Roosevelt Island
Tidal Basin (Not needed I believe, but done anyway)
Why won't the achievement pop? Anyone got any tips other than 'do them all again'?
Thanks
