The Twilight Pack DLC codes that i have aren't letting me redeem them on the website it and they keep coming back with an error

Can you please FIX the photo mode on the XBOX Series X whenever you switch to edit mode and try to select an option on the side panel for example depth of field, exposure and contrast everything disappears from the screen and basically makes the photo mode unusable
