  Cannot find Blood Dragon

  Hi folks
  
  Forgive me if I am being stupid but I cannot find the Blood Dragon DLC in the store as suggested. I have the Gold edition which I am told should contain the Blood Dragon DLC. I have finished the game and the lastest insurgencies as well as Vaas and Pagan so looking for something while waiting for the Seed DLC. What am I doing wrong?
