Stuck in story + how to join Power Plant mission?
Heyho!
I seem to be stuck in the story, I've done all the missions and have taken down the new target, but it says that I'm missing the second decryption key:
Also I'm a bit confused on how you join the new Power Plan with others, When I put my mousepointer over the new location I can't join:
