If you have played division 1 the difficulty is about the same I remember it would take a hour or more sometimes to complete the mission. If its Black Tusk you have to be prepared for the skills coming at you I have been using the pulse grenade on them never saw one drone fly and it works great even stuns them for a few seconds.
There are 5 hidden side missions is it possible your missing one of them if it is the one you said and its not complete it should still be there to do again. If its not then I would say its a glitch if it is how you say.
Navy Hill Transmission: Foggy Bottom – Southeast of the Navy Hill Control Point, between the control point and the Foggy Bottom Safe House. Take the hill up from 23 St NW and enter the building at 1556 ST.
Missing Scavengers: Constitution Hall – Go to the Archive Safe House. Search for an alley on 19th ST NW that leads to the quest-giver.
Missing Wire Scavengers: Judiciary Square – From DZ East, follow the road north along the wall. Find a large structure at 4th / 5th ST NW and enter the ‘American Food Store’ shop. Take the zipline up inside, and climb the ladder to find these quest-giver.
Missing Curators:East Mall – Just east of the Castle Settlement. Find them on Independence Ave SW.
Garage Stash:Found in a basement, off of K ST NW. Go down the alley and enter the house on the left, then enter the underground to find the quest-giver.
My advice would be join random heroic missions from now on and do all your missions on heroic - your playing on a team the other players will support you until you get use to the action just hang back until you get the hang of it and then when you are comfortable put your world on heroic. This is the best way to make the transition to a higher level.
They are meant to be active all the time - they retake control points even against each other without a player being involved - the red gun shows them attacking. That was one of the biggest problems with Division 1 once you finished it the streets are dead and all there is is main missions. The enemy in D2 is always active and continue to invade the city giving more opportunities to get loot. I don't want dead streets with no enemies and activities. Its how the game was meant to be. Now that would be boring.
I don't agree the only one it effects is the user and the enemy - its like real life you mess up your dead I throw grenades on myself all the time accidentally. Look at it this way you'll be more accurate in the future. If it was effecting all players on the team I would agree with you but you can't blind or burn another player - its realistic.
You want 4 exotics a week with no work have 4 characters and do the weekly SHD requisition project for each one. The summit also offers a exotic cache once a week for 30 floors . So there is 8 in one week if you want them if you have 4 characters. 2 if you have one character guaranteed just finish the projects. There are other projects that also offer exotic gear and weapons once and a while for finishing the mission.
For those who like to use the fire grenade or any grenade for that matter you can completely reload all grenades without a box.
All you have to do is have a load out with a different specialization. When between battles switch to the different load out and back to the original and all your grenades will be replenished or have a load out with every specialization and you can switch between grenades. You cannot do this while in battle you have to be out of battle if some player opens the door to the next room before you do it it cannot be done. Out of battle only.
No different than division 1 it took forever to get the division tech I actually think its better in this game. But some people want it immediately or loose interest.
If you want fast SHD points start another Character what ever level of SHD your current character has will automaticly be awarded to your new character. So if your current Character has 3000 SHD points your new character will be given 3000 points when he gets his or hers watch. My 4th character has over 4 thousand points to use and I think i got 2000 a character on the other 3. No you don't have to play them just get them to getting their watches.Having 4 characters will give you 4X the points.
My main is an AR but I like to carry the bullet king it may be a little less powerful but in a pinch it never stops firing which has saved my [censored] many times.
In Division 1 my main gun was the Hungry Hog which is much like the stoner.
@HankFett It appears the new exotics can be crafted the bluescreen and the Catharsis mask maybe they messed up on the rest too reconfigure does not show up it says craft and you craft a new one.I think someone screwed up.
It depends on who I am playing with I use a skill/ grenade build if it shield guys I do badly because they take advantage of the flashbang I like to use. DPS guys I do well because I borrow from them on certain weapons. There are different tactics on different teams if its sit back and wait for the enemy I don't like it and leave. Legendary on random has a large turnover in players quitting and joining you might even find yourself alone with everyone quitting so I don't do it anymore..
Ya but my bluescreen has all low stats whats the point of releasing it without a blueprint I can only adjust one stat I am not likely to ever use it as it is.I have to farm Bluescreens until I get one with the stats I like.
@traumahawk Your messing with the sacred DPS build it won't go over well
Its always been that way the idea is to have other enemies in that radius I caught many in the blast using my shield build take out the guardian and you have a few seconds to back out before it explodes. Its one of the activities to kill enemies that way. You could stun them all and kill the guardian and catch the others in the blast. You need 50 kills.
Once I got all the commendations there was no point in playing it anymore they did not expand on it . I can't see playing hardcore unless there is more to go for which there isn't.
I got mine on Thursday and I got back way more than I put in. They gave me stuff I didn't even use like field recon , exotic components and SHD calibration . I was able to get back to where I was and a little bit more. But it a grind now with the lower XP for proficiency.
They raised the inventory I have 151/999. If you got material back from them that you lost I think they had 25 in the package. You have the summit and get one for doing 10 floors, there is usually a project that rewards an exotic and the material project. I usually get at least one exotic a day. I got three today grinding. They are suppose to be rare items. The only thing I don't like is the big slot machine to re-roll exotics it rarely pays off. I also noticed they don't have a blueprint for the blue screen an exotic LMG that I wanted to try but that project is on hold until these guys can get their act together and release the blue print.
I'm happy got more than enough to get back to where I was I don't feel I have lost anything. Proficiency takes longer you don't get as much XP but that was the error they said they made so its how it was meant to be.
It is harder to get XP thats what the rollback was about they said we were gaining to much XP and it was not intended so they have lowered it.
