i've done all the tips, tricks, and anything for troubleshooting...and none happen. thats why i submitted ticket support.

i havent seen or got any feedback about my problem using support ticket...so what should i do?
Pls help, i'm starting to get frustrated with this. What should i do? I already reinstalling directX, 32bit and 64bit dlls, do memtest, validates game file, and reinstalling whole client and ubisoft connect....and still can't play!!!
