@kmarkopl Thanks for reply i do yes, unfortunately my support ticket is just laying idle is seems and nothing is getting done about it, i'm even struggling to open a live chat since it keeps adding to my original ticket.

Still not received the game.
I bought the game after release and got the issue of it not showing up in my library, I made a ticket and all was going well but have not heard anything back in over 5 days on my ticket no refund just stuck in limbo very frustrating
