I have had the same problem multiple time now. Even if you go back to a previous save the game seems to lead to the same issue again. I think I am now going to have to shelve the game until it gets fixed; I lost several hours once due to going back to previous, I am not likely to do it again. Too bad, been loving the game so far.

It is the entire industry that allowed beta testing on the public. You will never QA out all the issues with a finite number of staff, so you get it out in front of the public where millions of people can find your issues you make sure you get it right in the first big patch after release. It is frustrating as the end user; and you have to get it cleaned up quickly as some games in the passed have died a quick death by not having clean up their games quick enough.

And I worked for a major industry HW vender, I have seen the skeletons in those closets too.

So, about the time of the last patch, the visual for quivers seems to have broken, and the ammo amount is resetting to non upgraded levels. Coincidence? Probably not. Seems like if your inventory shows 9/10 upgrades, it shouldn't be hard to check that and update the character for each instance it moves to.

I dont know why this isn't a top priority as to a Wolf spec player this is a huge nerf. But it is the holiday season, with the plague causing general chaos.

II limited my FPS to 60, a suggestion I saw in a long thread. I went from 5 to six crashes in an evening to none.
