My wife and I bought the ps4 collectors edition with the season pass. We redeemed the code under her account but when I try and access the season pass under mine it shows that I need to purchase it.

Also....when we go into the "owned" category under her account it doesnt show the season pass but wont allow us to select it to "buy" it again so it looks like it does know that we/she owns it.

This is never how this has worked in the past as we only have the one console and the pass is supposed to be tied to the console and not account.

What am I missing? What do I need to do to get the season pass active?
