I recently bought the Hel's Damnation pack in the helix store, but when I got in the game, all the items from the pack (armor and weapons) were at the superior level and when I went to the blacksmith to enhance them, there was no option for me to do that. So basically all armor and weapons from that pack are stuck at the superior level.
