With the new update it shows the icon for the key but no key is there. Anyone know away around this till they finally fix it?

When I go to do this quest I get the ale but then it sends me 3000m away no wear near my villiage. I go to the spot but it won't do anything, anyone know how to fix this? Or should I just give up on doing the yule stuff?

I beat her in the race and she gave me her journal. It gives there places you can go but the do not show on the map. First on is The Ref Cave by Farmham, then A Crumbly Bridge by Fort Calleva, then A Crumbly Old Ruin by Isle of White. Can anyone one tell me where these are at? Thank you.
