While I am very happy that the World Market is now up and running again, it seems the Council Vote is now down. Network Status and Ubisoft are both green connected, I can establish trade routes via the World Market.

But The Council is greyed out. Connection not established, Click to open menu. Can't click on anything. PC via Steam.

Thanks, been enjoying the game with the add ons, shame that those last few achievements are down beyond my reach.

Hello, just to add another voice. Also bought the game at the Steam Christmas sale, having the same problem as all the others. Network status connected, Ubisoft Club connected, Steam and Uplay running, nothing happening at the global market.
