Please release all quest based progression hot fixes the moment each one is created. If it was done for Seer’s Solace it can be done for them all. I’ve been stuck on Settling Down, a quest 30ish minutes after Seer’s since release day. The Settling Down bug happened after I somehow managed to get past Seas of Fate - which I was stuck there for about 5 hours too. Great time so far with this game.
Your mega thread of issues said to expect a patch later in the month. The game came out 8 days ago - there’s a 14 day return policy for digital downloads. After 40+ hours played with zero immersion/connection to character or story, I’m not necessarily jumping at the bit to play the story for 40-60 more hours possibly THREE WEEKS after release - something we all should have been able to do day 1. This isn’t fair to your customers and it’s disconcerting for a first time pre-orderer. Do the right thing and let us all play your game ASAP. -
If anyone’s over ubisofts lack of urgency to fix their gamebreaking progression bugs among the load of other issues - recommend getting a refund today as it’s day 13/14 post launch. Whichever route you take to attempt a refund, state that it’s a faulty game.
for PlayStation - their support line is down. Open up the chat bot for refunds and select purchased game and 1 day since purchase. This will connect you to a live agent. Tell them the game’s filled with bugs and if you have a progression bug - it’s unplayable. If they say it’s already downloaded say it falls under their “faulty game” policy.
good luck and thanks for the terrible service ubisoft

@bo717 somehow got mine to work after 5+ hours. Idk if this is the reason but I walked all around the boat, climbed on both ends, climbed up the main sail, dropped down, looked at the seat until the triangle or button for sit popped up, then it worked lol.

@superboy4ever2x 2 game breaking bugs - seers solace and seas of fate. Got lucky w seers but seas of fate got me and haven’t been able to progress for 5 hours now.
1)dialogue is broken 2)mounts are broken, uncontrollable and run everywhere for me 3) took me 3 restarts to get through opening cutscene in the hall. Everything was broken there. Floating cups, alive character’s bodies dragging on the floor but talking still. Character models frozen but teleporting around. Once the attack started, entire cutscene was bugged until lil guy flew off the cliff. Had no idea what happened and had to watch the scene on YouTube.
the game breaking bugs are bad as it is, but dialogue not being spoken and overlapping when it does break any sort of immersion. I have no idea what’s happening w the story when the game can’t finish a complete sentence for 5+ hours.
