I'm having an issue with Reda's shop. I can take contracts without a problem. When I look at his shop, it shows me what's in there, but my cursor just goes to the back button. I'm unable to choose any of his items. Any idea why it's doing that or how to fix it?

When talking to Reda in my settlement, I can see the shop, but I can't buy anything. My cursor immediately goes to the 'Back' button when I move it. Contracts seem to be ok, the shop is broken.
