The yellow Viper in your screenshot is the Drift edition and the price car is the Drag race edition.
If i'm not mistaking the black car in the middle is the price car and you have it in your inventory.

@anykeyer I've tried to open a ticket for this, when when I got suggested to do that stupid general troubleshooting stuff I got [censored] and left.
No Ubi, verifying my game files won't fix your stupid bugs

Usually they announce it here on the forums as well, but this one was a suprise.
Bad news is that they just extended the maintenance with 2 hours due to unforseen complications
