Upon changing the password for an account, I stumbled into an issue. One of the criteria for the password is to enter a password that is 8 - 16 characters long. First, I'd like to request that the upper limit for passwords be removed or increased. I usually use 20 character passwords and I was disappointed to find out that I have to make them shorter - it's less safe!

On the actual bug - the input in the website counts characters incorrectly. When a 16 character password was entered, it showed that the password does not meet the criteria but it was fine when I removed one of the characters. It looks like there is some bug with zero-based numbering for the password input field. I just wanted to let you know about that. As you can see in the screenshot, the password is 16 characters long but is not accepted.
