

It would be nice just to have some kind of official response so that we know this is being looked at.
I agree. It does feel like a ridiculously long wait. I've been tempted just to uninstall the game and give up. It is certainly putting me off buying another Ubisoft game at this point.

@krou73 I also have this problem. Ubiconnect stats have not been updating for about a week now. The numbers are frozen and do not reflect my progress in the game. Very frustrating. Unsure if it is a known issue or not.
@optimistxnl I really hope so as I have the same issue with the answering machine.
I'm feeling like maybe it's just time to uninstall the game and forget about completing it. I'll just have to write it off as a bad mistake but certainly one that I won't make again.

To be completely clear, my stats in Ubisoft Connect are not updating for Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
Ubiconnect stats for Valhalla have not been updating for over a month now. The numbers are frozen and do not reflect my progress in the game.
For example, things like hours played, total power level, total kills, total progress etc. remain the same number despite what I do in the game.
Very frustrating.
Seems to be complete silence on this issue. Not working for me after more than one month now.
