@ubi-peach how do i upload screenshot in order to send to ubi-soft ? i enjoyed this festival before updating 1.51 latest update,.. wish i did not . some new items arrived in the store ,.. which by the way i could not find the guy until i ran into him in the barricks where my lieutenant is located. and he walks around the area,.. how can i fix this ,.. actually my screenshots are exactly the same as everyone else all 12 baskets piled up on top of each other ,.. all decorations are missing and no events are available eventhough they show in my quest list. VERY FRUSTRATING! i'm playing on ps4

UBISOFT,....Ostara Festival NOT WORKING after update 1.5.1 -WHY is this still not fixed? I keep reading the SAME issue OVER AND OVER ,..you guys keep saying upload screenshots ,.. but i see the same screenshots OVER AND OVER again,.. so you guys at UBISOFT is aware of this yet i KEEP experiencing this for the past week,.. i missed all the other festivals ,.. never knew to play during holidays till now ,.. when i happen to play during the month of easter ,... PLEASE FIX THIS or Simply explain HOW i can remove this update from my game ,.. i'm playing on PS4. thanks normally you guys i love ,.. just hard for me to understand you are aware of something that's fixable yet still asking for screenshots,.. again thanks.

Fenyx Rising was 100% ,.. other than that these guys suck,.. maybe that was a whole different team.

THIS LAST UPDATE did it: 6 (something) i'm DONE WITH UBISOFT!!!!!!!
This update broke the damn game,.. i'm getting issues loading now ,.. stupid festival do not work ,.. this TEAM is not the ones from the past and i don't even need to know,.. IT SHOWS! this was a tight game before ALL THESE UPDATES,..i'm glad i did NOT get suckered in buying Ragnorak ,.. i said mannnn ,.. finish this game 1st,.. as i get closer to the end ,.. more and more problems occur ,.. AS IF they never finished this game and made it soooo large it bought them time to complete,.. so these updates are not fixes ,.. they are the actual game elements then everytime i get more strength,.. the areas keep rising in difficulty i'm at 470 an should had been strong enough for the world ,.. yet everytime i get more experience the world around me benefits,.. stupid!!!!!!! i dont want anymore experience but its forced on me !!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER UBISOFT GAME AGAIN,... i'm getting too old for these slick gimmicks,.. the only ones who truly care about customer experience in my opinion is RockStar !!!!! ,.. yeah i know,.. "your sorry i feel this way" NO YOUR NOT ! so do not even respond to this "officially"
