I mentioned it in a suggestion about separate UI audio volume.
The problem is, during the combat and before that, the audio notifications about entering and exiting any combat situation are too loud and too frequent. Most of the time, when you battle a group of people (for example, during the siege of castles), and you kill one of them, the game might decide that you are "out of combat", play the sound warning for this, and then 1 or 2 seconds later you hear the sound about entering the combat again.
Those sounds are irritating and they are playing dozens of times during long battles and even small ones. We should be able to turn them off or make them quieter WITHOUT touching the world sounds (e.g steps, sounds of actual combat, etc.).
