Same issue

Is there a fix for fabric? I have upgraded my quiver and ration pouch to max but still require 5 fabric to complete Dobby's Altar in Eurvicscrire, but no chest is dropping fabric now. I am over 110 hours in and do not want to restart the game in order to get platinum trophy on PS4!!!

So I completed the game, all side quests, all of the order, all mysteries, wealth and artifacts. Rechecked all maps and everything complete but no COMPETIONIST ALL THE WAY ACHIEVEMENT. Has anyone else run into this? About the only thing I haven't done is found the treasure hordes.
