I am posting this in the general interest of the indian community. If you are trying to buy dlc or credit from the ubisoft connect, you will now notice something new. Earlier, the amount would have been deducted and the content activated without an OTP to your registered mobile number. Now, however, you will receive an email from xsollo with a transaction id. You may or May not immediately see the content activated. Please don't panic. Wait a few minutes and boot up your game. Once you do that, you will see the content activated and also receive the generic transaction email from ubisoft. If you still face issue, contact the support with the transaction id that you received on the email from xsollo. Incase you are one of those unlucky ones like me, whose amount was deducted but content not activated, please reach out to support. They will investigate the issue and try and refund you. This mostly happened to me because of a change in merchant. Hope this helps
