Any update on the big flat fish and big mackerel for consoles yet? Holding up progress on completing core challenges.

Randomly I will end up in the sky, generally in the middle of a fight, falling to my death. I've also experienced this utilizing a spear, jumping from elevation to slam down and kill an enemy. Instead of killing the enemy, I go straight through the ground and find myself falling into what must be middle earth to my death. During normal game play this is okay because I don't lose much progress...river raids is a different story. Raid is ended and I lose all progress and resources gained. With the cargo capacity this gets old quick.
