Actually it is now in the known issues thread just added today so this makes me quite happy it looks like it will be fixed in the next title update. Will have my full support again after that one so thanks for letting us know it's the near future Ubi!
What the heck is going on Ubisoft? How can this still be an issue when there are so many easy fixes. I get a quest or something giving you a hard time but just sell fabric at the settlement lvl 6 in an unlimited quantity. By level 6 the player is easily far enough to warrant having max rations and quivers. Why screw us over who have 130 hours into the game? I do not see this in the issues being addressed next patch. You guys sure can roll out paid content on a bi weekly basis you can’t [censored] fix this for your players. This is beyond frustrating at this point. Either remove the altar, change what it requires, or sell unlimited rations at settlement level 6. I just gave you 3 solutions right here, man I love this game and the company but this really tests loyalty here... What next Ubi open world game would I possibly buy again after going through these frustrations that can be fixed so
easily?
@bullet618 It's beyond disappointing. This has had my game on pause since late November. 130 hours in and no fix for months. Bought the $120 ultimate edition, even picked up some helix credits. Their lack of communication with the player base is just embarrassing. It's been a pretty disrespectful handling of their customers with their last few releases (looking at Watch Dogs Legion basically being abandoned). How can they make the requirements for platinum take 100+ hours and not even check to see if it can be done? I'd rather be stuck on some dumb bug 20 hours in rather than get 130 in and be disappointed.
Heard about this so had to go check since I am 105 hours in. Only got one blood tear during the cauldron quest so I too cannot get the platinum trophy due to this. Between this, none of the legendary animals showing in my long house (have them all), and no longer being to interact with Reza, it has left a very bad taste that has nuked my desire to play anymore. Least I checked before I spent another 10-20 hours collecting all the remaining odds and ends around England and the rest. Unfortunately bought the legendary edition since I loved Odyssey and Origins so much. Hope they fix it, specifically accessing the caverns after the cauldron quest has been turned in, soon before Cyberpunk comes out.
@npac43 They just announced the next title patch is next week. Why this wasn't hotfixed weeks ago is beyond me, but this better be resolved in this next update. I'm out otherwise and skipping FC6 as well. Should have platinumed this around now and can't.
@fearlessflaw That is great news! Just need to fix the fabric issue and that will clear my issues. Hopefully they can address it soon. That damn altar needing 5 fabrics...
@fearlessflaw The crazy part is I still have 3 upgrades to go on my quiver. I think it has something to do with hitting settlement level 6. That's when they stopped showing up, like 50 play hours ago lol.
Have fully upgraded rations but quiver is still a few levels away from max. 130 hours in, completed all stories and have been clearing all objectives from South to North of England (halfway done). Stuck on 4 fabrics haven't seen any in about 60 hours of gameplay. When I get to that shrine that needs 5 I pray this is fixed or I somehow find more for that will be holding me back on getting a platinum with the game. Why does it even stop? Who cares if I have 40 mats I can't use anymore since I've upgraded them long ago? It's already a thing with settlement currency I have been 6 for weeks but find the 100 mats in chests routinely. Don't see this in the patch notes but figured it would be priority as well.
Ps4 Pro
level 6 settlement
max rations
level 4 quiver
4 fabrics in inventory
no fabric found in about 50 hours of gameplay, at 130 hours now.
Figured I’d use a YouTube video to find locations. Every chest this person looted in the linked video did not provide any fabric for me. Only ore, leather, and some runes. I knew after that I wouldn’t be touching the game again until it’s fixed.
@ubi-woofer Don’t have video but this issue has been around since 1.0.4 for me.
Max level rations
3 levels away from max quiver
Level 6 settlement
Haven’t seen fabric for 50 hours play time (130 in now)
Already posted a video of someone looting chests in Canterbury earlier in the thread and them getting fabric from each. I only got ore and leather.
It’s not an issue exclusive to max quiver and rations upgrades is all I am saying. If this was Odyssey or Origins would have had my platinum trophy a month ago.

Looks like it is in their "known issues addressed in the next patch" section now. Hopefully the patch drops within the next two weeks or so!
@bastige That is the one legendary animal that does not get a trophy as it is in a "dream state" so it's not really in the real world. Think it just gives the auto level. The real world ones give a longhouse trophy, auto level for each, and a dane spear once all are done.

Whelp the fix for this isn't in the next patch. Glad to see some quests will be fixed for those who had issues with them, but really frustrating this isn't fixed yet. Just let a level 6 settlement sell unlimited fabric for 500 currency each or something. I mean I need Dobby's Altar for the platinum, have 4 fabric, and still need to level my max quiver slots three more times. Can't do any of that with 4 fabric. How can that happen to a character that is at least 30+ into mastery points and has beaten the main story 50 hours ago and is now at 130 hours total? Many have put 100+ hours into the game and this is the last issue they are having.
Got the ultimate digital edition and am very disappointed by the support this game has received. 130 hours in and need one more fabric for Dobby's Altar for platinum and it has all stopped spawning long ago. Probably still have 5 hours or so of clearing a few loot caches and mysteries, but no point in doing them all if I already know I have to wait anyways. But hey, I bet we will have another batch of paid cosmetics come out this month that no has asked for. I'm even fine with supporting that stuff, but won't spend until these bugs are fixed. This has definitely made me decide to not preorder or get Far Cry 6 around it's launch. Or any Ubi game for that matter you get burned when you pay full price for their stuff.
@xl3gionx Same here. Won't be playing or spending on any Ubisoft products until this is fixed. Not going to play the game for 130 hours, have one thing left to do for platinum and not get it. This is a slap to consumer's faces and a disregard for our time. Remove the arbitrary 82 max and let level 6 settlements sell unlimited fabric. The game is over by then pretty much. If that is problematic since they may raise the caps in the expansions well too bad, wasn't our mistake. Have been waiting since the end of November for a fix that appears to not be coming anytime soon if at all. I get having to figure out other bugs and glitches for quests but this issue can easily be resolved.
